Mumyo is a type of resin that forms over thousands of years through sedimentation in rocks, crevices, and caves at altitudes of 1500 meters in the region of Central Asia (from Russia to Tibet).

Chemically, it is a highly complex mixture (containing about 60 elements) consisting of inorganic and organic substances of plant and animal origin. Many still doubt what Mumyo is, but most experts agree that it is fossilized remnants of honey, wax, propolis, bee nests, and various deposits of plant substances (about 7000 species) found in that area. Folk medicine has known it since ancient Greece.

Usage:

The recommended dose of Mumyo is 1 tablet daily for a period of three weeks, followed by a one-week break. It can be taken whole or pre-dissolved in 250 ml of water at a temperature of up to 39°C at least 30 minutes before a meal.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Not recommended for individuals with urolithiasis, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
