Wrist and ankle weights

Wrist and ankle weights include models that are worn around the wrist or ankle joint. Some models are primarily designed for wrist joints and have an additional hole/slit at the end to allow the thumb to pass through, thereby further securing minimal movement of the entire weight along the forearm. As a result, the training is more effective, especially when it comes to activities like air boxing or exercises targeting the shoulders, arms, or upper body. They are made of neoprene and filled with sand or iron balls, and they come in pairs with various weight options.
