The Xc-190 elliptical trainer is ideal for users who want to get more out of their workouts while reducing joint stress. Its zero-impact elliptical movement allows comfortable walking or jogging at home.
The training computer allows you to save your own profile, with up to 32 programmable resistance intervals and support for 4 user profiles. The LCD console displays feedback such as time, distance, diet, calories burned and training data, with 12 preset programs, continuous WATT program and personal settings.
Silent magnetic resistance and the Two Stage Drive system provide smooth forward and backward motion. The reinforced structure ensures stability during intense training, while wide non-slip pedals and a 54 cm stride length support natural movement with reduced joint strain.
The narrow 5 cm Q factor provides optimal comfort, while base levelers allow adjustment on uneven floors. Integrated transport wheels make the trainer easy to move, and the compact footprint of less than 156 x 61 cm makes it suitable for smaller spaces.
The dual-action multigrip handlebars support upper body training and allow different grip positions for targeting various upper body and core muscles. Integrated handlebar sensors monitor heart rate, while Bluetooth 4.0 enables more accurate tracking.
The Xc-190 is compatible with Kinomap, BitGym and iConsole+ apps for interactive cardio training, route simulation and workout tracking.
