In cooperation with Wolt, we introduced the Wolt Drive delivery service – a fast and convenient way for our products to reach your address, often within 60 minutes from placing your order.

No long waiting and no complications – order online, and we’ll make sure your package is on its way to you as soon as possible.

Order whenever it suits you, and your package can arrive the same day. Alternatively, you can choose the delivery time that suits you best – even in the following days after placing your order.

The process is simple and takes just a few steps:

   At checkout, select “Wolt Drive – express delivery”.
3. Complete your order
   Pay securely online.
4. Delivery starts immediately
   Our team prepares the order, a Wolt courier picks it up, and delivers it to your address.

Where is it available?

Wolt Drive delivery is currently available in cities where Polleo Sport has stores, within a 7 km radius.

Availability is automatically checked after entering your delivery address during checkout.

Delivery hours

Wolt Drive – express delivery is available during the working hours of our stores.

Package limitations

Due to the nature of Wolt delivery, the following limitations apply:

• Maximum package weight: 40 kg
• Oversized/cargo products are not eligible for Wolt Drive delivery
• Cash on delivery is not available – orders must be paid in advance

Most standard webshop orders meet these requirements without any issues.

The Wolt Drive delivery price is calculated automatically in the cart and depends on:

• delivery distance
• courier availability
• traffic conditions

Which orders are eligible for Wolt Drive delivery?
Wolt Drive delivery is available for orders containing products that are in stock at the nearest store at the time of purchase. If any item in your cart is unavailable, Wolt Drive delivery will not be offered at checkout.

Is cash on delivery available?
Cash on delivery is currently not available for Wolt Drive delivery. Orders must be paid online in advance.

What is the price of Wolt Drive delivery?
The price is calculated automatically in the cart and depends on delivery distance, courier availability, and traffic conditions. The exact amount is shown before completing the order.

Is there free delivery?
No, Wolt Drive delivery is always charged.

What if I am not at home?
The courier will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided during checkout to arrange package collection.

Are all products eligible for Wolt Drive delivery?
Most products can be delivered via Wolt Drive. However, due to size and weight limits, certain larger or heavier items are not available for this delivery type.

Do I need the Wolt app?
No. The Wolt app is not required. Wolt Drive delivery is available directly through our webshop.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount for Wolt Drive delivery.

In which cities is Wolt Drive delivery available?
Delivery is available in cities where Polleo Sport stores are located, within approximately 7 km. The system automatically checks availability when entering your address.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled shortly after creation, before the courier picks up the package. Once picked up, cancellation is no longer possible.
