TriggerBack is a massage tool primarily for the cervical and lumbar spine, as well as the thoracic spine. TriggerBack provides active, beneficial pressure on trigger points that releases muscle tension, increases mobility, and opens the thoracic spine for better posture.
Lie down and place TriggerBack against the lumbar spine, neck, or under the thoracic spine. Relax with deep breaths. TriggerBack works with passive (stationary) and active (slow-motion) pressure.
Test different slow movements depending on where you place TriggerBack. Make a slow movement in the neck by turning your head, pulling your arms when TriggerBack is in the thoracic spine, or pulling your legs when TriggerBack is in the lumbar spine. Change the direction of TriggerBack as the trigger spikes vary in size and provide different effects.
