The effective riding position of a road bike, a sturdy frame, dual-sided pedaling, and an adjustable handlebar enable effective training throughout the year. A simple computer system provides all the necessary workout information and motivates more frequent exercise. The computer is compatible with 5 kHz heart rate belts.
