The mix can be used for classic pancakes (crepes) following the instructions on the packaging, or with the addition of less water as a mixture for American pancakes.

Usage:

Mix one serving (65 g) with 140-150 ml of cold water and stir until smooth. Pour mixture on a heated non-sticking pan on a medium heat and bake 2-3 minutes on both sides until the dough is golden brown. One serving provides 1 thick pancake or 3 thin crepes. If necessary, pour a few drops of oil on the pan before pouring the mixture.

Sadrži prirodne šećere. Okus: Bez okusa. Sastojci: pšenično brašno (gluten), koncentrat sirutkinih bjelančevina (36 %, mlijeko), zobeno brašno (gluten), bjelanjak jajeta u prahu, sol. Alergeni: Može sadržavati tragove orašastog voća, soje i celera. Upute za upotrebu: Pomiješati jedno serviranje (65 g) sa 140-150 ml hladne vode i miješati dok se ne dobije glatka smjesa.
