Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Ingredients: Fish oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatin, glycerol, water), vitamin E (D-α-tocopherol), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), flavour (natural lemon oil). Directions for use: Take 1 softgel 3 times a day with a meal. Important information: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
