Ingredients: Fish oil (Omega-3 fish oil containing at least 18% EPA and 12% DHA), capsule shell (pork gelatin, glycerol, purified water), vitamin E (D-α-tocopherol). Directions for use: Take 1 softgel 3 times a day with a meal. Important information: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
