Premium trail running shoes designed for runners who seek maximum comfort, softness, and stability when running on rugged trails.
The main advantage of Mizuno running shoes lies in the balance between cushioning, stability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth transition from heel to toe and vice versa.
The Daichi 7, equipped with the Gore-Tex Invisible Fit waterproof membrane, is a top-tier trail running model with a focus on comfort, softness, and stability, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable running experience even in the most challenging conditions.
The new version is lighter, features a lower heel-to-toe drop (8 mm), and the upper part of the shoe incorporates a new construction with SmoothStretch fabric for an even better fit. It is suitable for both running and hiking.
The sole consists of a combination of U4iCX and AP+ foams, offering the runner even greater comfort, softness, and responsiveness. The Mizuno Wave, a wave plate in the midsole, ensures better torsional stability and responsiveness on uneven trails. The Michelin rubber outsole provides excellent grip on various surfaces.
Technologies:
- Mizuno Wave - A unique technology that combines two essential elements to create excellent running shoes - comfort and stability.
- U4iCX – A new midsole technology, the successor to U4iC, which is 22% lighter than its predecessor. It guarantees greater comfort, a better "spring" effect with each step, and a longer lifespan.
- AP+ - Material in the sole that provides greater stability and shoe responsiveness.
- Gore-Tex - A waterproof and breathable membrane in the upper part of the shoe.
- Michelin – An original rubber compound developed by Michelin that offers maximum grip and comfort.

DETERMINE THE RIGHT SIZE:

Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to determine the correct size:
- Stand upright on a hard surface, support your heel against the wall, and stick a blank piece of paper on the floor directly under the foot in contact with the wall.
- Have someone mark the longest point of your foot with a pencil on the paper or mark it yourself if needed. Repeat the process with the other foot as sizes may differ between the right and left foot.
- Measure the length of the foot from the heel to the longest toe (known as the length from heel to toe). Use the longest length to determine your size in the table above.
Not sure which size to order?
Use the table above to determine your size. If you are on the border between two sizes, choose a size smaller for a tighter fit or a size larger for a looser fit.
How to measure your feet?
Wear socks that you would wear with your shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet usually swell throughout the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring your feet.
