Liquid L-Carnitine by Applied Nutrition contains 50 mg of green tea extract and 3000 mg of L-carnitine per 15 ml serving.
Clinical studies have shown that L-carnitine has a positive effect on sports performance and endurance. By using fat as the main source of energy, your body uses less muscle glycogen, reducing rapid muscle depletion during exercise. Combined with reduced lactic acid build-up in the muscles, this may increase exercise capacity before fatigue.
Usage:
Shake gently before use. Take 10 ml (2 teaspoons) once daily.

Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate (15 mg/10 ml). The daily intake of epigallocatechin-3-gallate must not exceed 800 mg. Do not consume this product if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. This product should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
