Below you’ll find all the information about delivery – simple, clear, and transparent.
✅ Free delivery or gift for orders over €50.00
- For all orders over €50.00, you can choose free delivery or a gift*
- Valid only for standard shipments (up to 30 kg and normal dimensions up to 50x50)
- Not applicable for oversized or heavier shipments (>30 kg)
- Oversized products: mats and tatami pads, fitness machines (treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, multifunctional equipment...), weightlifting bars, punching bags...
✅ In-store pickup
- Always free, regardless of order amount
- Gifts over €50.00 are not available with in-store pickup
- Orders are shipped from the central warehouse – you will be notified via email when ready for pickup
- No deliveries on weekends
- Oversized shipments cannot be picked up in store – cargo delivery applies for those

GLS Croatia:

BOX NOW locker:

✅ Cargo delivery
- Delivery of oversized products (>30 kg)
- Price: €10.00 per order
- Delivery time: up to 10 working days
- Delivery to the building entrance (does not include bringing items inside)
- Oversized products: fitness machines, punching bags, tatami and mats, weight bars, etc.

ℹ Other important info
- Track your shipment: the courier service will send the tracking number
- Delivery to islands and remote areas: possible, but with longer times (up to 7 business days)
- If you’re not available to receive: the courier will try again or contact you
- Do not change the delivery or payment method after placing your order
- If you want to change the delivery address, this is only possible through the link provided by the courier
Delivery is carried out to the vehicle access point of the residential or business building at the address specified for delivery. If the delivery location is a building or facility with restricted access, the delivery service is not obligated to carry or bring the shipment to the floor, apartment, or business premises of the customer. In cases where vehicle access to the building is not possible, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point. The customer is required to collect the shipment at that location, unless an alternative delivery arrangement is agreed upon for an additional fee, of which the customer will be informed in advance.
