Bandages, straps, and supports

Bandages and various straps (supports) are primarily designed to protect bones and joints when delivering blows in contact sports or during training on bags. If someone has poor striking technique, they provide excellent wrist and hand bone support by ensuring a flat hand position and thus reducing impact absorption on the wrong part of the hand or arm. This will reduce the risk of injury, which often occurs in boxers and contact sports. They come in various lengths, elastic or non-elastic, and are made from different materials.
